Wonderful world building that will leave you wanting to go back to hell.

Presentation:

A very fun ride where angels and demons never seemed so cool. Keanu plays his typical quiet reserved protagonist which fits well here. Peter Stormand plays one of the best interpretations of Lucifer of all time and so does Tilda Swinton as an angel. The world looks so plausible that you might even wish it existed.

Conclusion:

A film begging for a sequel that we never got. The story isn't perfect with some pointless meandering in the script for the sake of ticking of some visual unholy checkboxes but still a treat for fans of this genre. It's not perfect with the main conflict feeling less relevant than Constantine's journey, but you probably wont care when it's this much fun.
