One of the best romantic comedies.
Presentation:
Realizing that I rate romance movies harshly, I felt obligated to include rom-coms that I do like. So this is an older film. The cinematography is perfect an still manages to capture the beauty of Korea. But what really matters is the story, which is both stomach-cramping hilarious and also heartwarming. There has been an American remake of this film, but much is lost in translation and does not have the same magic as this original. You'll wish you could find an endearing Korean girl just like Jun Jihyun. The film is so funny and the characters are really magnetic but the core romance is also very sincere and heartfelt. You don't doubt the love for a moment and the chemistry is spot on. You'll wish for more between these playful two before the credits roll.
Conclusion:
One of the top romcoms I can think of. Insanely funny, you couldnโt possible not enjoy this film. So timeless, it has likely influenced a whole generation of personalities.
